The weekend tournament started at 8AM against Phantoms from Geelong (with a couple of Renegades in disguise). They won 2-1 and we hoped that would be the hardest match up of the weekend. As it turned out we were right, and after 5 more games, a few beers, a lot of turkish bread and some classic sledging by Gillby we met them again in the final.

A Melbourne Uni Renegades Division 1 team has added some Bendigo Pottery to their trophy cabinets after winning the Grand Final of the Dragon City Tournament in straight sets against Mornington last Sunday.

It was back to The Ranch (aka. Ironbark Riding Centre) for the 2000 Bendigo "Dragon City" tournament. There have been plenty of good memories at Bendigo for Renegades players over the years and it was fun again this year.
