Three items from our last committee meeting:

Team photos

Once you get old (like me) then you enjoy looking back at photos of different teams you played in. So we thought it would be nice to take a team photo for each team and share it on the Renegades website. We will tap each team manager on the shoulder to take a camera to next week’s game to take a team photo before the game (you get so sweaty during the game and it doesn’t look that nice on photos ;) Email the photos to me (Bernd). I will edit and upload them to the website, so you can look back in 10 months or 10 years who you played with and how awesome it was.

Tenpin bowling on 7 August

We invite all Renegades members to attend including Juniors, Seniors, Womens and Mens teams to have a go at bowling each other out. The best bowling team will be hailed champions and a prize may even be up for grabs for the best bowling score!

Time:  2.00pm - 4.30pm +
Location:  Strike QV, 245 Little Lonsdale St
Cost:  $22 for 2 games (payment on arrival)

Comic's Lounge

(The) Chad has gotten in contact with the Comic's Lounge to raise funds while we enjoy another social event. It works like this: We tell them how many people we get to the Comic's Lounge. They give us tickets for free that we can sell and we keep the ticket money. Those who get a ticket will enjoy a fun evening over dinner, drinks and comedy. We will discuss at our next training what you think about it and potentially how many tickets we think we can sell.
