May Committee Meeting: Tracksuits, Patches, and Rewards
A brief summary of the last committee meeting:
Tracksuits
We want to be visible as Renegades in Dandenong. As you already know, Premier and Reserves teams need to wear tracksuit attire to all games. We’d also like to get the Div2 teams on board. If you don’t already have a tracksuit talk to Jess or Eric if you are interested in getting one. We are planning to make them mandatory for Div 2 in 2012, so you might as well get one now and shine in red when you warm up.
South Melbourne Market Patches
As reported earlier, South Melbourne Market is supporting our club this year, and we hope this will develop into a long-standing partnership. Roxy is currently organising patches for our tops, which we will wear on the right sleeve of our playing tops. So be prepared with your iron when you receive a patch, iron it on your right sleeve (the left one should already have a Crazy John’s patch), and proudly present the Renegades and South Melbourne Market.
Reward & Recognition program
Chad has developed our Reward & Recognition program further. This means you can win more prizes throughout the year for your hard work at training, during the games, and for your support in social events, on the website, etc.
- Tournament MVP: Voted player of the tournament by his/her team members
- Renegade of the Month: Voted player at end of month by the coaches
- Attendance Recognition: 100% of trainings
- Attendance Recognition: Plays every tournament
- Attendance Recognition: Plays every VVL match
- Team MVP: Voted player at end of season (Premier and Reserves teams)
- Committee Spotlight: Outstanding service/effort
- Team MIP: Most improved player
- Writer of the Year: Best writing for the year
- Film-maker of the Year: Best film of the year
- Photographer of the Year: Best photography of the year
- Website Contribution Reward : Significant contribution to website
